STEF og ÚTÓN eru að bjóða til landsins alþjóðlegum tónlistarforleggjurum (e. Publisher) sem eru þeir aðilar sem sjá um höfundarrétt fyrir tónverk á alþjóðamarkaði. Þeirra markmið er að fá auknar tekjur fyrir verkin, oft með því að fá samninga fyrir þau í þáttum og kvikmyndum.

Arctic Rights Management (ARM)
Eric got offered the position as an artist manager at Knirckefritt Management (Jaa9 & OnklP, Admiral P, Tommy Tee) after his studies. During his time there he worked on the booking and management side as well as tour managing, planning and producing events all around Norway. In late 2020 he started as an A&R at Arctic Rights working with songwriters and producers.
Arctic Rights Management (ARM) is Norway’s largest indie publisher where Elvenes is A&R focusing on the Hip Hop and RnB roster. He is also co-founder of the music company JB Music (Omar Noir, Gulla, IMERIKA, Sondrey, Fela) representing artists, songwriters and producers with national and international ambitions and experiences.
NINO LINTERMO
A&R for Nordic Music Partners
Nino Lintermo is an A&R for Nordic Music Partners - an independent publishing company with strong international focus. In the two years NMP has been operating their writers have racked up over 200 million streams worldwide.
This year Nino was also part of the music supervision team for a Hollywood movie "The Misfits" starring Pierce Brosnan. Nino is a music business alumni of the university of california Los Angeles (2018) and awardee of the nordic music biz 20 under 30 prize (2019).
RICARDO FURRER
Kobalt
Riccardo is Senior Creative Synchronisation Manager at Kobalt. Oversees Kobalt's Synch business in Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. Kobalt represents songwriters and artists including Paul McCartney, Max Martin, The Weeknd, Björk, Finneas, Bon Iver, Foo Fighters as well as the Elvis Presley and Roy Orbison catalogues to name just a few. He works with songwriters, artists, independent labels and publishers to market their catalogue, feedback on songs, help them find opportunities in ads, film and tv and games and license their music for these same opportunities
DAVID MCGINNIS
Managing Director of Mute Song
David McGinnis is the Managing Director of Mute Song, the music publishing companion of the enduring Mute record label. McGinnis joined Mute Song as Head of Licensing in 1999. Over time his role expanded to encompass A&R, writer relations and business affairs. McGinnis was appointed Managing Director of Mute Song in 2014.
Mute Song publishes music by Jóhann Jóhannsson, Max Richter, Underworld, Public Service Broadcasting, Swans, Bob Geldof and many other distinguished composers and recording artists. Prior to Mute Song, David McGinnis held licensing positions with PPL and MCPS where he gained an intimate understanding of the legal and technical foundations of commerce in the music industry.
JEREMY LASCELLES
Blue Raincoat Music
Jeremy Lascelles is the Co-Founder and CEO of Blue Raincoat Music, an integrated music company comprising artist management, music publishing, and a record label - the iconic Chrysalis Records, acquired by BRM in 2016. The range of artists that the Blue Raincoat Group of companies represent includes Phoebe Bridgers, Cigarettes After Sex (management); Nick Drake, Rickie Lee Jones, Mike Chapman (publishing); Sinead O’Connor, The Specials, Ultravox, Generation X, The Waterboys, Suzi Quatro are amongst the artists who make up the Chrysalis Records catalogue, and in 2020 Chrysalis was re-launched as a front line label, counting Laura Marling, Emeli Sande and Liz Phair amongst its early signings. Jeremy has approaching 50 years’ experience in the music business.
COLM O’HERLIHY

Colm O'Herlihy is co-founder of I N N I. He got his start in music when Smiths’ front-man Morrissey signed his band to his own signature label Attack Records. Since then, Colm has toured the globe as a guitarist for artists such as Joan Shelley, Grant Hart (Hüsker Dü), and many more. In 2014, he moved to Reykjavik and managed two labels, Bedroom Community & Mengi Records. There he saw a niche for a specialized music publishing company in the heart of the music scene of Iceland, in 2019 he launched the company with film composer Atli Örvarsson.
